HYPOXI® is the first training concept to combine vacuum and compression technology with exercise to stimulate fat metabolism in targeted body area. The exercise sessions take 30 minutes. Depending on concerning body area we use either a cycling method or walking on a treadmill. The 30 min workout takes place in a specially designed pressure machine or pressure suit. It is safe, pain free and natural to the human body, helping your body to burn stubborn fatty stores from the tricky places i.e. stomach, hips, buttocks, thighs and legs.

To see results, we recommend to do a course of minimum 12 sessions, while the sessions are repeated 3 times per week over 4 consecutive weeks.
